Twenty minutes a day is all you need to achieve a complete body. A complete body is one that is strong, balanced and flexible. This 2-part bundle is designed to empower you and make you feel complete both physically and mentally.

The 6 hours of content will build strength and improve your mind/body connection. Included are ten completely different 20-minute workouts that each emphasize a different part of the body. They are short, strong and to the point. The two 60-minute Vinyasa flow classes to connect with your breath reconnect body and mind. The two 10-minute stretching videos will help you get deeper into poses and are great for recovery days between the workouts.

With this all-encompassing bundle you will know how to master control of your body, have gained tremendous flexibility, and most importantly: you will feel amazing and whole in your complete body.

Ashley Galvin is a yoga instructor based in Southern California. She is known around the world for her strength and flexibility, and she constantly inspires others with her yoga practice.

Ashley spent her childhood between the beaches and mountains of California. Inspired by the healthy lifestyle of her parents, she embarked on a journey to learn more about nutrition and the benefits of active living. That path led her to her first yoga class in 2009, where she fell in love with the practice.

Determined to help empower others through yoga, she began teaching in 2011 and has since taught workshops, retreats, and classes all over the world. Her strong, dynamic flows help cultivate body awareness, empower others to embrace their unique gifts, and give students a deep understanding of their yoga practice.

This program is an extension of CompleteBody 1.

With this series you will become stronger and more confident in mind, body and practice. Whether you have an hour or only 20 minutes to dedicate per day, you will feel one step closer to feeling whole and balanced in your complete body. Every class in this series will help you build heat, strength and skill across your legs, core, arms and booty.

We apply the same principles from the first plan, but because it’s plan 2, we turn up the intensity! The five 20-minute exercises utilize new movements and exercises that target a brand new set of muscle groups such as your corset, deltoids and spinal column! The strong, 60-minute Vinyasa flow class will help you further deepen your yoga practice and is perfect for days when you want to connect on a more subtle level.
