Since I was a kid, backbends have come easy to me. Or so I thought. Going through MacKenzie's course on backbends has opened my eyes a bit! I've realized that it's not just being 'bendy' that makes a solid back bend, it's building that strength through the entire core that makes it solid. I feel a lot more comfortable in my wheel pose since I've started her training course. I love her personality, her strength, and her passion. Thank you!

I loved this course. Not only was it a great mix of strength and stretching, but it also really helped me pay attention to my body alignment in backbends. After going through the course I feel stronger and more confident in my backbend practice. Plus, I love Mackenzie's energy! I hope to be able to take more classes of hers in the future.
